Chesterfield Towne Centre is a planned unit development comprised of approximately 180 acres. The north half of the site is made up of a research technology and exposition center zone and the south half of the project is made up of a lifestyle and entertainment district.

The lifestyle and entertainment district will be comprised of at least four hotels, a fitness center, and a cinema, as well as mixed retail, restaurants and entertainment establishments.

The project posed many engineering challenges. We had to coordinate a clear zone area with the Selfridge Air National Guard Base due to the proximity of the main runway. We closed out an MDEQ permit for the abatement of the old sanitary sewer treatment lagoons and we successfully helped coordinate the relocation and reconstruction of the I-94 exit ramp to 21 Mile Road.

Moravian Hills is a 100-acre site currently under construction in Clinton Township. It will be comprised of a Meijer store, a 17-acre commercial development, a 182-unit residential condominium development, and a 30-acre community park.

Lifetime Village is an exciting senior living center located in Utica, Michigan. The project is comprised of 120 luxury units located on a 3.5-acre site. The development features all of the amenities you would expect including a beautiful dining room, craft spaces and many cozy sitting areas. The site offers convenient access to many shopping and medical facilities.

Harvard Village is another fabulous condominium development by MJC Companies. The site is comprised of 264 units neatly situated on a 22-acre site in Clinton Township. The site layout offers easy traffic flow throughout the development as well as wonderful amenities including walking paths, a clubhouse and private pool for all to enjoy.
